RAIN POLICY

WE WILL PUT SAFETY FIRST.  

As we are surrounded by Large Old Oak Trees, 

 we do not want our Vendors or Customers to be endangered

by falling trees or limbs.

We won't cancel the event for a few little sprinkles. 

HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT OF A BAD FORECAST:

An event may be cancelled if Heavy Rain, Lightning, 

Hurricane, Tropical Storm, and/or High Winds are Forecast

for the time of the scheduled event.

We always Post Cancellations on our Facebook Page the Day before the  Event, as we know it takes time to prepare. Events are never rescheduled, we just resume our normal schedule of the First and Third Saturday.
